Returns & Refunds
Since our products are handcrafted with fresh ingredients, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or you have concerns, please contact our Wellness Team (orders@theteastory.co). We do our best to ensure a flawless experience and deliver our products with lots of love.
Lost or Stolen Items
The Tea Story is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed or Undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs.
Replacements
If your order is damaged, please take a picture and send us a message to orders@theteastory.co with the image so we can have a new shipment sent your way. It can take anywhere from 5-10 working days for your replacement to reach you, and this will vary depending on where you live.
